FOR MORE than 80 years the POST has been the place to go for all your local news, events and sport.
We have kept you up-to-date with the lows, like the closure of Ford's Dagenham plant, and the demise of the Heathway, as well as the highs such as sun-drenched Town Shows and the Queen's visit to Eastbury Manor House.
Throughout the transformation that Barking and Dagenham will see over the next decade, with thousands of new homes along Barking Riverside and South Dagenham, the POST will continue to be pivotal to the local community.
