Beautiful scenes of undisturbed wildlife were the focus of a group of keen photographers who embarked on a safari-like workshop.

Hobby photographers joined park ranger Ruth Taylor in Mayesbrook Park on Sunday afternoon to hone their skills.
Armed with cameras, the explorers braved freezing cold to hunt for the best shots of the abundant wildlife in the 40-hectare Dagenham park.
From ducks on water to smaller creatures hidden from the human eye in the thicket and grass of the open space, the park has plenty to offer those who go in search of birds and animals.
