Almost a million young people are now out of work – 991,000 to be precise – and it doesn’t look like it’s going to improve any time soon.

I think in such a cosmopolitan city like London it gives young people the opportunity more the others across the country to gain employment. Although it may not be fulfilling your dream job that pays enough to finance a luxury sports car or glamorous holiday every year, it will be enough to see you by for the time being until something better comes along. When I was 16, I loved football so I went and found a job as a steward at a football stadium watching games for free.
The best thing about being young is that we have time on our hands and, although things don’t seem great at the moment, stay hungry for success and stay positive.
