Gianfranco Zola knows it is now or never for the Blues

Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola says that the Blues need to turn their season around now or risk finishing outside the top four.
The west London club are without a win in five games and lost 3-1 at Napoli last night, leaving their Champions League hopes hanging by a thread.
“I think they will have to analyse what is going on and to sort it out quickly.”
The Italian pinpointed the defence as the area the Blues need to improve on and they will have to do it without John Terry as he was ruled out for four to six weeks yesterday with a knee problem.
“Especially psychologically, at the moment they are a little too fragile and you cannot afford that, especially at this stage of the season,” Zola added.
“You have to know what you’re doing and you have to do it 100% convincingly.”
